• This policy has been drafted to enable distributors to have a clear understanding of the ESSENS Fleet application process.
• For either the standard or premium fleet the first requirement is to obtain the specified minimum position for a minimum of two consecutive months, it is important to understand that this is the first step of the process and does not guarantee acceptance to the car programme. You should not commit/finance/purchase a vehicle prior to authorisation being given. Essens will not compensate any charges incurred prior to the approval of the car programme.
• Once this has been successfully achieved you are able to apply to ESSENS UK and register your interest to participate within the fleet incentive.
• Following your application there are a number of steps and reviews that take place to ensure the viability of progressing your application, it is important at this stage to have a clear understanding of the contributions that essens will make. These can be found on the website. The rate that you are approved on will be the rate for the entire duration of the lease, regardless of receiving a higher position in the marketing plan, the car allowance will not increase inline with this. Should you fail to meet the criteria of the car plan you will not receive the bonus for that month or until the position is achieved again.
• To ensure legal compliance for our ESSENS fleet, it is based on the sound understanding that any finance agreement that you enter with you do so personally, Essens accepts no liability regarding any car payments and reserves the right to cancel/amend/reduce the cash incentives as the business sees fit.
• Once all validation checks have been completed on behalf of ESSENS UK, the application will then be transferred to ESSENS HQ for approval.
• To protect yours and our own interests in this process we have very strict criteria to ensure that your business is sustainable. Due to our legal obligation to ensure that we do not cause individuals financial hardship, only those who apply and have the following within their business structure will be granted access to the ESSENS Fleet, it may be that having reviewed your business structure we offer you a different scale of car or it may be that your application is rejected completely on these grounds until such time that the criteria is met. As you progress through the car programme to ensure continuation of it, your plan will be reassessed annually, at this point your business should have increased in turnover, according to the increments detailed in the payment table.

•  As per conditions of commission payment, the car incentive is not available to any partner taking part in a network marketing company of any type. Should a partner be receiving a car payment whilst undertaking other activities the payment will be removed with immediate effect.
•  As part of the qualifying conditions, the user is required to meet a minimum monthly personal network turnover of 100 points for the duration of the contract.
